Direct Mail
We will create 'Just Listed' fliers and/or postcards to send to your neighborhood and areas of potential buyers. The reason this is done is because people who live in a neighborhood have family and friends who may want to move there. By notifying the neighbors that your home is on the market we may be able to speed up the process of selling your home.
Listing Book
This listing book is professionally produced and contains all the pertinent information on your home. It will make your home stand out when buyers are evaluating your house against the competition. Books have contained the full listing, full color flyer, photos of your home, floorplan, survey, area information, seller's disclosures and neighborhood information .
For Sale Sign
A third party sign company will place a FOR SALE sign in front of you house providing contact information and additional information riders may be added which would be appropriat to your home. (i.e. waterfront, pool, etc.)
Property Fliers
Color property fliers showing photos of your home and key information will be professionally created. These will be displayed in an acrylic holder inside your home for buyers to take with them. This helps buyers to remember your home after they have left.
Information Tube & Fliers
Black and white property fliers showing key information will be created and placed inside the tube which will be attached to the for sale sign in your yard. This will allow buyers who drive by to quickly get additional information about your home along with an 800 # to call for even more information.
FREE 800# extension
A free 800 # extension will be assigned to your home. This 800# has unique features which will capture the caller's phone number allowing us to call them back to answer any questions they may have. Notification of these phone calls is immediate and we will demonstrate this feature to you so you can see how powerful it is.
Realtor Lock Box
A lock box will be placed on your house so the Sarasota and Manatee area Realtors can easily show your home to their clients. (Prior call to our call center for permission is required.) Also, these electronic lockboxes track all Realtor visits to your home so we know who has been there and when.
Multiple Listing Service
Your home will be entered into the Sarasota MLS. This is a key marketing tool. Photos will be submitted to back up the description of your home to showcase to other Realtors and potential buyers.
Centralized Call Center
We have a professional real estate appointment call center to personally handle all appointment reuests for your home. They have a toll free number and will provide us with notification upon setting the appointment, a list for tracking all appointments set and email the showing Realtor a feedback sheet so we can obtain appropriate feedback from potential buyers.
Cross Search
We will cross search your listing in the MLS system to see which Realtors are currently looking for homes that match your description and price range and notify these Realtors to call attention to your home.
The Web
Your property will be a 'featured property' on Joanne's personal website and will also be advertised on the company site as well as local and national real estate websites. In addition, you home will be listed on local and national classified ad websites.
Email Notification to Realtors
To notify other Sarasota and Bradenton Realtors that your property has been put on the market, we will send an email to these Realtors. This will include a photo of the property, highlight some features of your home, the MLS # and property address.
