FLORIDA RESIDENCY

The simplest way to become a Florida resident officially is to file a declaration of domicile.

This declaration of domicile states that you reside at a particular address.  Then the document is notarized and is filed with the County Clerks Office.  There are no time restrictions required before you can be legally declared a resident.
