Sarasota Neighborhoods in General
Every part of our town is as exhilarating as the next. Downtown offers plenty of condos if your desire is to be in the heart of it all. You will find modest neighborhoods with homes built in the mid 1960’s and 1970’s. Older neighborhoods that are quite appealing with attractively maintained yards. There are golf course communities and country club communities and we haven’t even gotten to the beaches yet.
An area the locals refer to as “West of the Trail” has become one of the most expensive areas in Sarasota due to the process of renovation.
And you have the “beach communities” of Siesta Key, Lido Key, Bird Key, Longboat Key, Casey Key and Venice.
